Satota Scanner অ্যাপটি Satota Technologies Ltd. (বাংলাদেশ) তৈরি করেছে। এই নীতিতে বলা আছে অ্যাপটি কোন তথ্য ব্যবহার করে, আর কোন তথ্য ফোনের বাইরে যায়।
আপনার ডকুমেন্ট আপনার ফোনেই থাকে
আপনি যা স্ক্যান করেন, যে ছবি বা PDF আনেন, আর যে লেখা বের করেন, সবকিছু শুধু আপনার ফোনের অ্যাপের নিজস্ব জায়গায় সংরক্ষিত থাকে। আমরা এগুলো কোনো সার্ভারে আপলোড করি না, দেখি না, বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করি না। লেখা বের করা (OCR) ফোনের ভেতরেই হয়।
অ্যাপে কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট বা লগইন নেই, কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন নেই, আর আমরা আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল সংগ্রহ করি না।
Google ML Kit যে তথ্য পাঠায়
স্ক্যান, লেখা চেনা আর QR কোড পড়ার জন্য অ্যাপটি Google-এর ML Kit ব্যবহার করে। ML Kit ত্রুটি খোঁজা আর ব্যবহারের পরিসংখ্যানের জন্য কিছু প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য Google-এ পাঠায়: ফোনের প্রস্তুতকারক ও মডেল, Android সংস্করণ, অ্যাপের নাম ও সংস্করণ, কাজের গতি আর ত্রুটির ধরন। এর মধ্যে আপনার স্ক্যান করা ছবি বা লেখা থাকে না। এই তথ্য এনক্রিপ্ট করে পাঠানো হয় এবং Google-এর গোপনীয়তা নীতি মেনে চলে।
অনুমতি (Permissions)
- ক্যামেরা: শুধু QR কোড ও বারকোড পড়তে। ডকুমেন্ট স্ক্যান Google Play services-এর স্ক্যানার দিয়ে হয়।
- আঙুলের ছাপ / মুখ: শুধু আপনি অ্যাপ লক চালু করলে। যাচাই Android নিজে করে; আমরা কোনো বায়োমেট্রিক তথ্য পাই না বা রাখি না।
- ইন্টারনেট: শুধু ওপরে বলা ML Kit-এর প্রয়োজনে। অ্যাপের কাজ ইন্টারনেট ছাড়াই চলে।
ছবি বা ফাইল আনার সময় Android-এর নিজস্ব picker ব্যবহার হয়। আপনি যে ফাইল বাছেন, অ্যাপ শুধু সেটাই পায়; পুরো গ্যালারি বা স্টোরেজে প্রবেশাধিকার নেয় না।
শেয়ার ও ব্যাকআপ
আপনি নিজে কোনো ডকুমেন্ট শেয়ার করলে বা ব্যাকআপ ফাইল তৈরি করে কোথাও রাখলে (যেমন Google Drive, WhatsApp), সেটা আপনার বাছাই করা অ্যাপ বা সেবার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী চলে।
ডাটা মুছে ফেলা
অ্যাপের ভেতরে যেকোনো ডকুমেন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে ফোনে রাখা সব ডকুমেন্ট মুছে যায়। আমাদের কাছে আপনার কোনো ডাটা থাকে না, তাই আমাদের দিক থেকে মোছার কিছু নেই।
শিশু
অ্যাপটি শিশুদের উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি নয়, এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে কারো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।

Privacy Policy

Satota Scanner is made by Satota Technologies Ltd. (Bangladesh). This policy explains what information the app uses and what leaves your phone.
Your documents stay on your phone
Everything you scan, the images and PDFs you import, and the text you extract are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. We do not upload them to any server, and we do not view, sell or share them. Text recognition (OCR) runs on the device.
The app has no account or sign-in and no ads, and we do not collect your name, phone number or email address.
What Google ML Kit sends
The app uses Google's ML Kit for scanning, text recognition and QR code reading. For diagnostics and usage analytics, ML Kit sends Google some technical information: device manufacturer and model, Android version, app name and version, performance metrics and error types. This does not include your scanned images or text. It is encrypted in transit and handled under Google's Privacy Policy.
Permissions
- Camera: only to read QR codes and barcodes. Document scanning uses the Google Play services scanner.
- Fingerprint / face: only if you turn on app lock. Android performs the check; we never receive or store biometric data.
- Internet: only for ML Kit as described above. The app works without a connection.
Images and files are opened through Android's own picker, so the app receives only the file you choose and never has access to your whole gallery or storage.
Sharing and backup
When you share a document or save a backup file somewhere (for example Google Drive or WhatsApp), that copy is handled under the terms of the app or service you choose.
Deleting data
You can delete any document inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all documents stored on the phone. We hold none of your data, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
Children
The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes and contact
